When your order is processed?

Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business days, Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 6:00PM PST, excluding public holidays.

Does VERSUS ship internationally?

At this time we shipping all across Pakistan. We don’t offer international shipping.

What is the shipping times?

Shipping times vary between carriers. Once again, VERSUSTM will choose the correct carrier to assure your shipment arrives as soon as possible based on where you are located. The shipping times after your package has been processed and shipped are as follows:

  • 2-4 business days for main cities.
  • 4-6 business days for regional or remote areas.

Note : We cannot account for vendor or courier delays that may occur.

How to tracking your package?

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing one or more tracking numbers and an indication of which shipping service was used. Use the links proved to track your shipment.

What is the return policy

We hope that you love our products, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We ask that you notify us of any problems within 7 days of the receipt of your order. We reserve the right to change or amend this policy. In some instances, certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee, but please reach out to us first so we can help you resolve any questions or issues you may have.

  • Amount will be refunded in Bank Account or Coupon code will be issued.
  • Refund in bank account can take up to 30 days.
