When will my order be processed?

Orders get processed and shipped out on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. Just keep in mind that public holidays might cause a slight delay

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we don't ship internationally, but we deliver all across Pakistan!

When will I receive my order?

We typically process and ship your order within 24 business hours. Once it's on its way, delivery takes:

  • 3-5 business days for major cities in Pakistan.
  • 5-10 business days for regional or remote areas.

How can I track my package?

Tracking your order is a breeze! Once your order is on the move, you'll get a confirmation email with all the info you need. Here's what to expect:

  • Tracking Number(s): This unique code lets you see exactly where your package is on the shipping company's website.
  • Shipping Service: The email will tell you which company is delivering your order (like TCS).

With those details, tracking your package is just a click away! The confirmation email will have links directly to the shipping company's website, so you can see the status of your order in seconds

In some instances, certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee, but please reach out to us first so we can help you resolve any questions or issues you may have.
